Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shree Mahakal Bhakt Stay, we understand that pilgrimage plans can change. Our cancellation rules are outlined below:

1. Cancellation Rules

• Before 48 Hours: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in time will receive an 80% refund (20% processing fee deducted).
• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
• Peak Season / Festivals: Bookings made during Shravan Maas, Mahashivratri, or major festival dates are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the property without prior notification, the complete booking amount will be forfeited.
