Welcome to Shree Mahakal Bhakt Stay. By booking a room with us through mahakalujjainstay.com or direct contact, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Check-in & Identification

• We offer 24/7 check-in facilities for the convenience of pilgrims.
• All guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as address proof.
• Unmarried couples or local residents may be restricted subject to local police guidelines.

2. Code of Conduct

• As a spiritual Bhakt Niwas premises near holy sites, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect other devotees during early morning hours (Bhasma Aarti time).

3. Tariffs & Rates

All prices are per room per night and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change based on peak seasons, festivals (like Mahashivratri, Shravan), and availability.
